|
The blending room has been purpose-built to house our high speed mixing vessel and three blending vessels. The complete production process plant has been constructed in stainless steel to the very highest specifications. In the West Country we enjoy the benefits
of soft water which is ideal for the manufacture of soft drinks. Add
to this some of the finest ingredients available from around the world
as well as the latest equipment and we are guaranteed a product of consistent
quality. The versatility of our semi-automatic `bag in box' filling machine allows us to fill bags from 3 litres up to 20 litres and can be seen in the picture filling our ten litre post mix syrups. Our six-head Quadrant jar-filling machine can fill plastic jars or bottles from 2 litres up to 5 litres. This machine will pack our 5 litre squashes, cordials, slush and vending syrups. Our new state-of-the-art cold sterilisation unit is a vital step in maintaining the highest standards of sanitisation whilst ensuring that delicate flavours are not affected. All the cartons used for packing products from our production lines are sealed using a traditional top and bottom tape sealing machine. Facilities for Contract Packing also available All our 10 litre products are packed in Gold Star boxes and are clearly labelled with the product information on full view. The best-before date and batch code is also on view to meet with forthcoming trading standards requirements. We pack 75 boxes per pallet. All our 5 Litre range of products have a coloured bar showing the product. All 5 litre products are packed 4 by 5 litre containers in a box and 40 boxes per pallet. We have our own in-house label printing facility, which is ideal for printing small quantities of labels. This gives us a great deal of flexibility for anyone looking to have small quantities of any product packed. We can take your logo or design and work from it. Commercial printers are used for larger runs of labels.
